fantastic getaway!
lovely pool comfy bali beds great options gluten-free pastries
the pool was lovely. the bali beds by the pool were really comfy, and there's a great setup by the pool (it was nice to have drinks nearby). the breakfast was lovely, with great options. i especially appreciated the gluten-free pastries prepared just for me. staff always checked if i needed anything or promptly fulfilled our requests.
the walls seemed a bit thin. i could sometimes hear conversations or other noises from nearby rooms, which could be a little disruptive (especially at night).

the hotel is conveniently located near the golden mile. it is situated between puerto banus and the city centre, which makes exploring easy. it is a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants are accessible.

designed room excellent meals solid breakfast
the room was comfortable and well designed the chef prepared excellent meals . i particularly enjoyed the iberian pork medallions. breakfast offered many choices it was a solid start to each day.
i noticed housekeeping finished relatively early at 3pm making it difficult to have the room cleaned later in the day.

Really good experience overall
gluten-free pasta really good service prompt request immaculate cleanliness
I found i could not fault the service. I am someone who is gluten intolerant, so i was very impressed they got gluten-free pasta after i requested it. They even prepared a plate of gluten-free pastries for me at breakfast. The staff checked if we needed anything and promptly fulfilled our requests. Cleanliness was perfect, the staff ensured everything was cleaned immediately.
I did notice some noise at times. I could hear conversations next door, showers, and people in the corridor occasionally.
